Payment & Refund Policy

Payment Policy

  • Payment for registration fees for all Programs including rep/pds fees can only be made online via credit card.  We do not accept cheques. 

  • No registration will be accepted until payment/financial assistance is received.

  • North Delta Soccer Club offers a family discount to members.  We will waive the third child registration fees when registering three children to the same program.  Any uniform costs fees (if applicable) will still apply and require payment to complete registration.

  • Financial assistance is available for those demonstrating need. See “Financial Assistance” section our website under “Registrations”.

  • All NEW players to NDSC must submit proof of birth before the player registration is complete.  Acceptable proof of age documents include, birth certificate or passport.  

  • Coaches that have coached a season prior to the upcoming season and that are volunteering to coach, will receive a 10% discount.  Please email the Registrar with your details and she will send you a link to pay with the discounted rate.


 

Refund Policy - Winter & Spring League

  • Fall/Winter Season Refunds after August 1 are subject to a $50 administration fee (Date to be adjusted for Spring League once we have spring dates in place)

  • No registration fee refunds after the first training session of the season

  • We do not provide transfer fees to another Club.

  • Refunds may be possible under “extraordinary” circumstances but only after review by the Refund Committee.

  • Any player that moves to the DCS (Delta Coastal Selects) Program that requests a refund will be provided a pro-rated refund plus a $50 administration fee.  Any team fees that were paid would need to be addressed with the Coach & Treasurer of the team.


 

Refund Policy on Rep Fees (including PDS/Development Fees)

  • Once a player has accepted a Rep/PDS/Dev position on a team, they cannot request a refund after 48 hours of accepting the position.  Rep fees are non-refundable unless the player is moving to DCS which it will then be pro-rated.

  • If a player can no longer play due to medical reasons and has requested a refund, a doctor’s note addressed to NDSC will need to be provided and the rep fee refund will be pro-rated.


 

Refund Policy - Fall/Winter and Spring Academy

  • Fall/Winter Academy Season Refunds after September 1st are subject to a $50 administration fee

  • Spring Academy Season Refund after (Date to be advised) are subject to a $50 administration fee

  • No registration fee refunds after the 1st Training Session of Academy

  • Once a player has ordered their academy uniform, there is no refund on the uniform (only applicable to to Fall/Winter Academy)
