Please remember to bring:
$50.00 deposit cheque from every player on your team post dated for March 2011. Please have the players name & division in the memo section of the cheque.
A Copy of your risk Management form for the Coach, Ass't Coach(es) and Manager.
NEW coaches who require a coaches kit also need to bring a $100.00 deposit cheque post dated for March 31st 2011.
If the head coach or assistant coach cannot attend please send the team manager with all deposit cheques.
Rep Teams U11-U18 - New ND Practice balls and socks - pick up Wed August 25th 6pm to 8pm. Delsom Clubhouse - please bring existing practice balls and ball bag to exchange.
Comp Teams U11-U18 - Uniform and equipment pick up - Wednesday Sept 1st 6pm to 8pm. Delsom Clubhouse. Please bring completed equipment pick up form and deposit cheques. (see below), as well as completed Risk Mgmt Forms and/or Criminal Record Checks for all coaching staff.
Mini Teams U6-U10 - Waiting on new (yes, new!!!) uniforms to arrive. Will be here in the next week and then a date will be sent out for distribution.
2010/2011 Equipment Notes
Uniform Deposit changes for 2010/2011 season:
A $50 uniform deposit will be required from all players at all age levels.
All players are now required to submit a $50 uniform deposit cheque to their coach, made out to NDYSC, post dated March 1st, 2011. The Club will hold onto these cheques - if a uniform is not returned and the coach has made several efforts to obtain the uniform, then the Club will cash that players' cheque.
Rep Teams Uniform & Equipment distribution: Friday June 25th (after the Rep Coaches Meeting at Delsom).
